Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: July 26, 2026

Last updated: July 26, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the Loglisted screenplay uploader and related scoring services.

By submitting a screenplay, you agree to follow this policy.

1. Permitted Use

You may use the service only to submit screenplay material that:

  • you created;

  • you own;

  • you are authorized to submit; or

  • you have the legal right to upload and process;

  • has not been created with AI services.

You may use the service for lawful screenplay evaluation, development, feedback, and related professional purposes.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or submit material that:

  • infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other legal rights;

  • contains material you are not authorized to share;

  • includes stolen, pirated, leaked, or unlawfully obtained screenplays;

  • contains another person’s sensitive personal information without authorization;

  • contains malware, malicious code, corrupted files, or attempts to interfere with the service;

  • is submitted for harassment, fraud, impersonation, abuse, or unlawful activity;

  • is intended to exploit, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass the service;

  • violates any applicable law or regulation.

Fictional depictions of violence, crime, sexuality, or other mature subject matter are not automatically prohibited solely because they appear in a screenplay. However, unlawful content or content submitted for an unlawful purpose is prohibited.

3. Ownership and Submission Rights

You retain ownership of your screenplay.

By uploading material, you represent and warrant that:

  • you have all rights necessary to submit it;

  • the submission does not violate any agreement or duty of confidentiality;

  • the submission does not infringe the rights of any third party;

  • you authorize the temporary processing needed to provide the scoring service.

You may not submit material on behalf of another person unless you are authorized to do so.

4. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

The service may use automated systems and third-party artificial intelligence providers to analyze submitted screenplay content and generate scores or related results.

You acknowledge that:

  • automated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or subjective;

  • results are provided for informational purposes only;

  • results are not a guarantee of quality, commercial success, representation, financing, production, or employment;

  • human review may differ from automated evaluation.

You should not rely on the service as your sole basis for legal, financial, professional, or creative decisions.

5. No Training Authorization

Submission of a screenplay does not grant Loglisted ownership of the work.

Loglisted does not authorize submitted screenplay content to be used to train third-party AI models, except where expressly disclosed and permitted under the applicable provider terms and technical settings.

6. File and Usage Limits

You must comply with all published limits, including limits relating to:

  • file type;

  • file size;

  • page count;

  • submission frequency;

  • device or session limits;

  • automated requests.

You may not attempt to evade these limits by using multiple devices, identities, accounts, scripts, bots, proxies, or other means.

7. Security and Abuse Prevention

You may not:

  • probe or test the service for vulnerabilities without written authorization;

  • interfere with authentication, rate limits, verification systems, or Cloudflare Turnstile;

  • submit automated or bulk requests without permission;

  • attempt to access another user’s results or data;

  • use tokens, links, credentials, or identifiers belonging to another person.

8. Temporary Processing and Enforcement

Uploaded screenplay files may be processed temporarily for analysis.

Unless otherwise stated in the Privacy Policy:

  • screenplay files are not intended to be retained after processing;

  • limited metadata, scores, identifiers, and abuse-prevention records may be retained;

  • temporary copies may exist briefly in service infrastructure, logs, caches, or processing systems.

For more information, see the Privacy Policy.

9. Enforcement

Loglisted may:

  • reject or remove submissions;

  • suspend or block access;

  • invalidate results;

  • limit future submissions;

  • preserve information where required for security, legal compliance, or investigation;

  • report unlawful activity when required or appropriate.

Loglisted may take these actions without prior notice where necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.

10. Changes to This Policy

Loglisted may update this policy from time to time.

The revised policy will apply from the effective date shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
